TWIX Funniest College Student On Campus Response

Bad Week For BALONEY!

So last week really was not our week. First we found out we lost the TWIX Funniest College Student On Campus contest and then we found out why...

Apparently the winner (seen here) is more representative of the TWIX brand. Also, we were informed that we only received 210 votes, which we don't believe for a second since we can account for more than 210 votes.

In our angst, we made a response to receiving our finalist prize of a year supply of worthless TWIX bars. The next two posts have our original video and then our response to losing.

TWIX Contest Update

Hey there everyone,

I was informed this morning that our entry was picked as a finalist for the TWIX Funniest College Student On Campus contest. If you're wondering why I deleted the video from this blog and various other video websites, it's because I received a call asking that I do so to avoid any potential controversy. Instead, you can see the video at the TWIX contest site here: http://funnieststudent.twix.com/Watch.aspx?cd=QQMSMR&cat=1&page=1

Vote for us (JOE from OHIO) here at: http://funnieststudent.twix.com/Vote.aspx

Voting is open until April 27th at 9pm, so vote now and tell your friends!
